Diman students and teachers in the construction cluster trades participated in a full day of fall protection training. In collaboration with #BurnsPowerTools and #Wernerladder our students and Teachers were able to participate in a hands on demonstration learning the Osha standards, different parts of a fall arrest system, proper use and equipment for different types of fall hazards, proper fitment, different style anchoring methods for a variety of applications, along with what to do should you experience a fall while using a safety harness.

We'd like to offer a huge thank you to our Carpentry Department teacher Mr. Cabral, Mike Servant from Burns Power Tools, Angel Jimenez from Werner Ladder, for putting this together and helping to properly train and prepare our students for the workforce after high school.
