Boys Roll in Tri Meet

The Boys defeated Bishop Connolly and Tri-County in convincing fashion. They defeated Connolly 90-41 and TC 95-36. Leading the way were several athletes who had multiple event victories. Topher Frank won the 800m, 200m, Javelin and anchored the winning 4x400 team for a 32.5 point day. Jason Copp won the shot put. James Vacanti won the 400m and was part of the winning 4 x 400 team. Justn Leduc was first in the long jump, 2nd in the triple jump, and third in the 200m. Edwn Fuentes was third in the triple, second in the long, and second in the 100m. Cam Botelho joined the 40 foot club with a personal record first place jump in the triple. Jordan Cordero won the 110 hurdles. Numerous other athletes scored. Topher Frank (jav), Ed Fuentes (100) and James Vacanti (400m) each qualified for the D3 State Championships. 

The boys are now 3-0 and head to the MIAA D3 Relays on Saturday.
