With Swansea’s recent Town Meeting voting unanimously to approve their share of the project to construct a new building for Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, all four sending communities have signed off on the project ahead of the May 20 deadline to do so. (6/8/22)

The City Council signed off on Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School’s plan to construct a new building, moving the $293 million project closer to final approval. “They do a phenomenal job with what they have now. Somerset Special Town Meeting approves plan for a new Diman building
A Special Town Meeting on Monday night approved the plan for Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School to construct a new building, allowing the project to move on to the next phase. “It feels amazing to be another step closer to where we want to be,” said Elvio Ferreira, Superintendent of Diman’s school district. MSBA Invites Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School into Eligibility Period (12/17/18)
State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, Chair of the Massachusetts School Building Authority ("MSBA"), and MSBA Executive Director/Deputy CEO Jack McCarthy announced today that the MSBA Board of Directors voted to invite Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, located in the City of Fall River, into the MSBA’s Eligibility Period. During the 270-day Eligibility Period, the MSBA will work with the Regional School District to determine the District’s financial and community readiness to enter the MSBA Capital Pipeline.
