The four-year English Language Arts curriculum is designed to focus on the development of analytical, critical thinking and writing skills. Students read and think critically about themselves, literature and the world around them. In an innovative and collaborative learning environment, students are encouraged to clearly and effectively express ideas. They are taught to articulate well-developed theses that are logically supported by relevant evidence. Through the development of sound writing skills, students prepare for the technical and communication challenges of the 21st century.
