 POSTING OF SCHOOL COMMITTEE AND OTHER REQUIRED MEETINGS

Except in an emergency, the Greater Fall River Vocational School District shall post notices of School Committee meetings and other meetings required by either regulation or statute at least 48 hours in advance of the public meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.  In an emergency, the notice shall be posted as soon as reasonably possible prior to such meeting.

It shall be the policy of the Greater Fall River Vocational School District to post its School Committee meeting notices and agendas and other required meeting postings on the Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School website.  The School Committee directs that the School Committee’s Secretary shall keep a copy of said posting with the minutes of each School Committee meeting.  A copy of all other required meeting notices will be kept on file for a period of five years.  The posting of public notices to the District website shall be in lieu of the previous posting of public notices in each of the communities making up the District.
