Parking Lot Construction

Labor associated with construction of a new gravel 2,430 SY parking lot.  Strip and dispose of current lawn in designated area. Install process gravel (supplied by owner), fine grade and compact material.  Install asphalt apron at approach from existing paving (36’ x 25’). Install loam (supplied by owner), rake and seed at new parking lot perimeter.  Infill excavated area with 1200 tons of ¾” Dense Grade maintaining a depth of 10” throughout.
