    Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me what a day will be like?

Each day will kick off with an overview of the snack the children will prepare that day.  Diman’s Culinary Arts instructor will provide a brief lesson on the nutritional aspects of the snack and how it helps fuel the body.  Following the lesson, students will pair off with a student from Diman’s Culinary Arts department, review the recipe, and then each student will prepare the snack.  After preparation, students will eat the snack they have prepared.

Students will develop a recipe book of the dishes they prepare every day.
