Track & Field at the State Championships
Diman Track and Field had great performances at the Division IV State Championship Meet on Friday and Sunday, May 26 and 28.
- Grace Flattery was crowned the D4 State Champion, winning the high jump at 5'2"
- Kaitlyn Nickelson finished 5th overall in the high jump
- Inez Medeiros compiled three top ten finishes in D4 - 8th place in the 400 meter, 9th in the 100 meter and 10th in the 200 meter
- Emma Foley had solid finishes in her three individual events, 13th in long jump 15th in the 100 meter Hurdles, 18th in triple jump
- The 4 by 400 Relay team of Angela Njoroge, Isabelle Chekares, Grace Flattery, and Eden McCausland set a new school record, finishing 15th overall
For the Boys:
- Nathan Nascimento- 12th in 100 meter , 20th in 200 meter
- Cashton Richard- 9th in 400 meter hurdles
- Phoenix Bennett- 21st in 200 meter
- Andrew Choquette- 20th in discus
- The 4 by 400 team of Nathan Nascimento, Ethan Cabral, AJ Gesner, Cashton Richard finished 20th

Fall Sports Registration
Please be advised Family ID Registration is Open for Fall 2023 Sports!
Registration closes on Sunday, August 13, 2023.
If you are planning to participate in Diman's Fall Sports, you MUST register in Family ID. Even if you have previously played a sport at Diman.
The sports are:
- Football
- Boys and Girls Soccer
- Boys and Girls Cross Country
- Volleyball
- Golf
Each student athlete MUST turn in a copy of their most recent physical to the Athletic Trainer's office prior to the first day of tryouts.
Physicals must be current and on file (within the last 13 months) from the date of the last exam. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate in tryouts, practices or games until a new physical is turned in to the Athletic Trainer.

Safe Space
Every Wednesday after school, all students are welcome to come to Safe Space, the Student Connection Drop-In Center in Room 251. This is a welcoming place for all to have conversations and talk about important issues. Students can sign up for the late bus, and please see Ms. Gagne in Guidance for more information!

Guitar Club
Guitar club meets every Tuesday in the Building and Property maintenance Shop. Anyone who plays guitar or wants to learn is welcome. Please contact Mr. Bowen with any questions.
