Now Accepting 2025-2026 Homebuilding Construction Applications

For the first time since 2020, Diman students are currently constructing a home for homeowners in Swansea, MA. Students have built the flooring and are starting to add walls. Soon, a roof and plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and more will be added.
By the end of the year, Diman students will have constructed an entire home.
Diman now accepts applications for the 2025-2026 house-building project.
Eligible homeowners must:
- own their land
- have plans developed
- have a foundation installed by August 1, 2025
- be within 10 miles of Diman.
