What is a Vision of the Graduate?

A Vision of the Graduate (VoG) defines what students should know, be able to do, and the qualities they should have upon graduation. This vision focuses on real-world skills—just like the trades that are taught at Diman!

Why does Diman need a Vision of the Graduate?

It’s a NEASC accreditation requirement, ensuring our school maintains high standards. It also creates a shared roadmap for academic and technical success, helping ensure our students graduate with the skills needed in today’s workforce.

Why does Diman need your input?

A shared understanding of what it means to be a successful graduate means that our students will leave school with the technical skills and workplace readiness that make them stand out. The VoG committee will meet monthly to help make this happen!
