SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS

Education is a cooperative enterprise in which all employees of the regional school system must participate intelligently and effectively for the benefit of the student.  This regional school system will employ support staff members in positions that function to support the education program.

All support staff positions will be established initially by the Committee.  In each case, the Superintendent-Director will submit for the Committee's consideration and action a job description or job speci­fications for the position. 

Although positions may remain temporarily unfilled, or the number of persons holding the same type of position reduced in event of de-staffing requirements, only the Committee may abolish a position it has created.
