The Electricity program is proud to announce that Dylan Barreira* has earned their Outstanding Vocational Student award. Dylan is the son of Jose and Maria Barreira of Fall River and came to Diman from Edmund P. Talbot Middle School.

Dylan is currently ranked 29th in the senior class with a 3.6 GPA. As a four-year co-starter at goalie for the varsity soccer team, Dylan has helped lead the team to playoff success and was co-captain this year. Dylan earned first place at last year’s Trade Fair, and demonstrates his electrical skills at Fall River Electrical Associates through Diman’s Cooperative Education Program.

Next year, Dylan will pursue his journeyman and masters’ electrical certifications while continuing to work at Fall River Electrical Associates.
