Since 1970, the Diman house-building program has provided experiential learning opportunities for the following vocational programs: Heating/Air Conditioning/Ventilation/Refrigeration, Carpentry-Cabinetmaking, Electricity, Building Maintenance, Metal Fabrication and Joining Technologies, and Plumbing.

Students in the House Building Program could build your home in the 2023-2024 school year.

Applications are being accepted for a home to be built during the 2023-2024 school year. This is the perfect opportunity for a first-time home buyer.

The home must be under 2,000 square feet.

Applications are due by June 9, 2023.

This year's project will be a home built in partnership with People, Incorporated’s People Improving Communities and Neighborhoods Inc., affiliate and Fall River’s Community Development Agency. Special assistance has been provided by Khoury Excavating and Simmons Concrete.
