Tradesman Editors Say Farewell and Thank You

Final Farewell of Being Managing Editor
By Stephanie Pavao

As a senior I look back on my years at Diman. All the friends I made along the way will be everlasting. These bonds will never be forgotten. I didn't just learn academics and shop skills, I learned morals that I will take on my journey through life. Diman has made me a better person. Being part of The Tradesman staff is something I will never forget. I looked forward to every new article I wrote for the newspaper and I enjoyed knowing that what I wrote, people read. I will truly miss Diman and being a part of the newspaper staff, but I look forward to my future endeavors.

Final Farewell of Being Co-Editors in Chief,
By Melanie de Sousa and Paul Rego

Now that we are in the last couple of weeks before the entire senior class graduates, it is time for the final farewells. Since most people could not (or would not) work up some final farewells, it is up to us to see you all off.

(Paul)- First, being a Diman student has been a great experience. From freshman year to senior graduation, I've had the best time of my life. When I started at Diman, I had no idea how things were set up and really did not want to be in school. Now that it is getting close to graduation, I don't want to leave. Being able to pick my own shop was one of the most life changing events I have had. Because of that choice, I've made great friends and now I have something to look forward to when I leave. Though I will leaving Diman as a student for good, I will always remember all the friends I have made and all the experiences I have gained over the years. If I could go back and change anything like going to Diman or another school, I wouldn't change a thing.

(Melanie) - For me, I am forever grateful for being at Diman with everyone, from my freshman to senior year. I had the most wonderful time of my life being a Diman student. At first, I thought I wasn't going to have great time, and I really didn't want show up to school at all. After a while of being here at Diman, I started to enjoy being here (especially after being placed in the Culinary Arts program). Now that I am a senior, I, in a way, don't want to leave. After being put into Culinary Arts, I have made wonderful friends throughout all my years here at Diman... I am proud of all the good choices that I made and wouldn't change any of them. When I graduate from here, I will remember all the good times I had here at Diman and all my good friends that I made along the way. It was great knowing all of you and being co-editor in chief of the school newspaper here at Diman.
