The Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School was inspected for friable and non-friable asbestos-containing materials on February 7 and 8, 1989 in response to the EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (40 CFR 763, AHERA, 1987). With the information obtained in the inspection of the school, a Management Plan was developed in April of 1989 to manage the asbestos in a manner which protects human health and the environment.

The inspection was performed and the Management Plan developed by AHERA accredited and Massachusetts certified inspectors and management planners employed by the firm of Briggs Associates, Inc. located at 400 Hingham Street, Rockland, Massachusetts.

The Management Plan is available for public inspection in the Central Office of the Superintendent as well as in the Assistant Superintendent's Office. Copies of the Management Plan will be made available upon request for fees associated with reproduction.
