Upon request, applicants for the Practical Nursing Program can receive an information sheet intended to assist the initial applicant with one or more criminal conviction(s) and/or with past or pending disciplinary action against a professional/trade licensure/certificate to prepare for the Board's evalua- tion of the applicant's compliance with the statutory "good moral character" licensure agreement.

Please note that while CORI checks are not required as part of admission process, they are required of all accepted students. In addition, affiliating agencies may do Federal background checks including fingerprinting and Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry checks.
