The Diman Student Government is divided in three separate branches – the Student Advisory Council, the Student Advisory Committee, and the Student Senate. Each branch is a communications link with the State Board of Education, the Regional School Committee, the Administration, and the Student Body.

The Student Advisory Committee is composed of five students, two of which serve on the Southeast Regional State Board of Education Student Advisory Council. The Student Advisory Chairperson is the direct representative of the Student Body to the Regional School Committee and the Superintendent-Director.

The Student Senate is comprised of two student representatives from each shop.
