Diman Sports Wrap
Diman's Varsity Ice Hockey team squad made history this year by posting a 2-1 victory over the Durfee Hilltoppers in January. The victory was Diman's first over Durfee High School. The team relied on solid defense, including Wayne Lewis' saves as goalie, and teamwork to post the victory. Freshmen twins Jonathan and Josh Brunelle exhibited this teamwork when Josh passed the puck to Jonathan for the first Diman goal. Junior Brandon Stukus scored the winning goal.
The Girls Junior Varsity squad has had a stellar year, posting a 14-5 record as of Feb. 14, 2006.
